We are looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our growing team in Cebu. You will play a key role in the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of a large-scale web application used within the construction industry.

Our core construction management platform is built using a client-side driven architecture, where the frontend relies heavily on backend APIs and data services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a modern web application environment, developing robust APIs, handling complex business logic, and managing sophisticated data structures. Experience working with complex JSON arrays, nested JSON objects, and API data transformations is highly desirable, as these form a significant part of the application's architecture and day-to-day development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced developer who enjoys working on established, business-critical systems, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to the continued evolution of a mature production platform. What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional PHP development experience
• Strong commercial experience with:

• Strong understanding of JSON data structures, including complex JSON arrays, nested objects, and data transformations
• Experience working on and enhancing mature production systems
• Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and coding standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
