Overview

• Software Development:
• Design, develop, and implement complex business applications using Core PHP 5.4/7/8, Laravel, and Windows/.NET applications.
• Migrate legacy systems (PHP and .NET/SQL Server) to modern, scalable platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following PSR standards and PHPDoc conventions.
• Design and build robust RESTful and SOAP APIs; integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Build, test, and deploy applications using Docker containers and AWS ECS.
• Manage and optimize Linux-based servers for performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to and support cybersecurity audit activities and implementation of security best practices.

Employment Details

Full time

₱65,000 – ₱110,000 per month

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with PHP (Core PHP 5.4/7/8).
• Strong experience in database design, SQL, and architecture for scalable systems.
• Deep understanding of system engineering/design principles.
• Solid knowledge of API development and integration (REST essential).
• Familiarity with PSR standards, PHPDoc, and modern PHP best practices.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic frontend integration.
• Proficiency with GIT and version control workflows.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles in software and system architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Experience with .NET and Windows-based software development.
• Knowledge of Laravel or other modern PHP frameworks.
• Experience with Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with business systems like CRM, ERP, eCommerce, or accounting platforms.
• AWS experience (especially ECS, EC2, S3).
• Experience with Linux administration and server hardening.
• Knowledge of payment systems such as EFTPOS and Direct Debit.
