Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Pharmacovigilance Senior Specialist to lead adverse event case processing, coding with MedDRA, and case narratives. You will ensure timely client notifications and contribute to PV training materials.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork across a multidisciplinary group. Required: Bachelor's in life sciences with at least three years in PV; preferred RN, RPh, PharmD or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences is required.
• Three years of related work experience.
• RN, RPh, PharmD or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily case processing of adverse event reports (clinical trial and post-marketed).
• Code using MedDRA and determine seriousness and expectedness at event and case level.
• Create and review case narratives and provide client notifications.
• Support development of PV training materials and delivery.
• Mentor and train less experienced staff and ensure high-quality PV deliverables.
• Stay updated on global safety regulations and PV systems.
