Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle staffing: hiring, scheduling, training.
• Support client implementation and process improvements.
• Maintain training materials and SOPs; update as needed.
• Billable work aligned to utilization targets.
• Contribute to team and process optimization.
