Job summary

ProPharma seeks a Pharmacovigilance subject matter expert to lead the PV team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across client projects. You will mentor staff, review cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality pharmacovigilance services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum five years of related PV experience required.
• At least one year of leadership experience; people management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PV SME oversight and direction to enhance client service.
• Supervise workload, offer performance feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Lead, coach, and motivate PV staff for optimal performance.
• Identify training needs and maintain SOPs and templates.
• Support client implementation and explain processes.
• Handle billable activities and ensure target utilization.
