Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of paid social experience.
• Expert-level Meta and TikTok fluency; YouTube and Pinterest a plus.
• Strong analytical instincts to read performance and act.
• Detail-oriented with error-free execution across complex accounts.
• Proactive and autonomous, with strong problem-solving.
• Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Own campaign builds, launches, QA, optimization, and budget pacing from start to finish.
• Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding with documented rationale.
• Serve as primary client contact—run performance calls and deliver clear recaps.
• Write compelling performance updates that translate data into business narratives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs.
