Job summary

IQ-EQ in the Philippines is seeking a senior technical subject matter expert (SME) to deliver high-quality performance analytics and provide technical support. You will review complex outputs, guide on technical issues, drive improvements, and mentor junior team members handling intricate client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with professional accounting certification preferred.
• 6+ years in relevant fields including 4+ years in performance and analytics, fund accounting, or audit.
• Strong knowledge of fund performance metrics (Total Return, IRR, DPI, TVPI, RVPI) and advanced accounting modules.
• Proficient in Excel; able to review complex transactions and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review performance and analytics reports and client deliverables for accuracy and standards.
• Review transactions, including moderately complex items, ensuring policy and client requirements compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day review activities and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries and support service delivery.
• Maintain expertise in client methodologies, identify process improvements, and drive efficiency.
