Job summary

IQ-EQ in Metro Manila seeks a senior fund accounting expert to act as the technical authority for complex accounting matters and to provide final review for sophisticated deliverables. You will lead technical decisions, oversee standards, and guide the team on complex client portfolios and advanced accounting modules.

The role requires CPA qualification with at least 6 years of fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit experience, and a track record in process innovation and SOP

Qualifications

• CPA-qualified accounting, finance, or business administration professional with at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years in fund accounting.
• Deep expertise in technical accounting, accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and final review of complex reports.
• Strong experience with advanced accounting systems, process innovation, and development of technical SOPs.
• Proven ability to manage complex client issues, workload planning, and timely resolution of review comments and queries.
• Proactive, detail-oriented leader with coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team's technical authority for complex accounting matters, providing final review and oversight of sophisticated accounting deliverables.
• Drive technical excellence by developing accounting standards, methodologies, best practices, and process improvements across the team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary technical expert for client-specific information across fund segments, including BOLT On, PE Advanced, and related products and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve technical queries, and support team development through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
