Job summary

The Whiteam Consulting is seeking a Senior Pega Developer to join our enterprise solutions projects. You will design and implement end-to-end Pega-based systems and lead small development teams.

Ideal candidates have 4-6 years of Pega experience, Pega CSA/CSSA cert, and strong English communication. The role offers 100% remote work from Spain and collaboration on international projects.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience working with Pega.
• Pega CSA or CSSA certification.
• Experience with recent Pega versions, minimum Pega 8.x.
• Knowledge of Pega Blueprint for process modeling and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Case Management, workflows, and integrations.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Advanced English level (C1).

Responsibilities

• Design and development of complex applications using Pega.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Collaborate with LSAs and BAs to ensure alignment between Pega Blueprint models and implementations.
• Define low-level architectures and design patterns for Pega solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate teams of 2-3 developers.
• Ensure compliance with Pega development best practices and standards.
• Participate in the different phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyze and resolve issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure the successful evolution of solutions.
• Participate in DevOps and CI/CD processes.
