Qualifications

• 3+ years of equivalent work experience in IT.
• 3+ years' experience in software development with PEGA PRPC.
• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA components: Case/Data/UI and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Independently installs, customizes, and integrates software packages.
• Facilitates root cause analysis of system issues and performs technical reviews.
• Collaborates with team to review code, conduct unit testing, and create docs.
• Develops system documentation/playbooks and participates in design/code reviews.
• Monitor alerts, attend major incidents, and address vulnerabilities.
