Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks a Senior Pega Developer to lead the design and implementation of complex Pega applications, ensuring robust workflows and scalable, maintainable solutions. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with CJEs, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Pega solutions.

You will be part of the Pega Manila CoE, working in a squad with a Product Owner and other developers, guiding the team toward high-quality outcomes in a regulated

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive Pega development experience.
• CSSA/CLSA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and drive decisions.
• Experience in regulated financial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Pega applications.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with CJEs, Architects and stakeholders.
• Improve performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
• Translate requirements into effective Pega workflows and integrations.
