Job summary

NCS Philippines seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to drive design, development, and implementation of robust Power Platform solutions in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor developers, integrate with Azure services, and ensure best practices across the SDLC while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value-driven digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Proven expertise in developing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong proficiency in data modelling, CDS/Dataverse, and working with Dataverse.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, and API integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, version control systems, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified Power Platform solutions architect or developer.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI implementations.
• Lead technical architecture reviews and provide best practice guidance on Power Platform solutions to development teams.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions in alignment with organisational standards and security protocols.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on Power Platform development practices and standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within Power Platform environments.
• Maintain and optimise existing Power Platform solutions to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership on complex integration projects involving Power Platform and other enterprise systems.
• Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Stay current with Power Platform updates, features, and industry best practices.
