Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10+ years in PCBA test fixture design, automation tooling, or equipment engineering in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with ICT, FVT, flying-probe, functional testers, or test handlers.
• Background in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron) and robot integration.
• Hands-on debugging, validation, and automation deployment on manufacturing test floors.

Responsibilities

• Design ICT/FVT test fixtures including load boards and DUT connectors.
• Develop high-precision fixture layouts for high-speed signals and impedance control.
• Drive hardware bring-up, fault diagnosis, and test-debug during NPI.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for fixture performance improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and oversee vendor qualifications for probes and robotics.
