Tata Electronics Limited is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the manufacturing systems readiness for a new greenfield semiconductor assembly and test facility. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to develop and integrate MES, ERP, LMS, and related systems from day one.

In this role you will define governance structures, manage budgets and timelines, and engage stakeholders across engineering, IT, supply chain, and operations to ensure a scalable, compliant startup environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional projects in greenfield or startup environments.
• Deep understanding of MES, ERP, LMS, and supply chain platforms.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing systems readiness, aligning with startup milestones and operational goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, supply chain, HR, operations, and external vendors to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee the definition and integration of: Materials Management Systems, Training Systems, Factory Information Systems, and Quality and Compliance Systems.
• Provide leadership in defining and establishing business processes, governance structures, and operational frameworks for a new manufacturing organization.
• Facilitate regular reviews with leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and proactively manage risks related to system readiness, integration, and scalability.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans for system implementation projects.
