Job summary

Tata Electronics Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the manufacturing systems readiness for a greenfield semiconductor assembly and test factory. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to develop, implement, and integrate MES, ERP, LMS, and related systems for a scalable startup.

You will build organizational processes, governance, and operational frameworks while engaging stakeholders and guiding risk management and budget control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience in manufacturing, preferably semiconductor or high-tech.
• Proven track record leading large cross-functional programs in greenfield/startup environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, LMS) and supply chain platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing systems readiness for factory startup milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, IT, supply chain, HR, operations, and vendors to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee definition and integration of MES, ERP, LMS, and data integration platforms.
• Drive organizational development by establishing business processes, governance structures, and operational frameworks.
• Facilitate regular reviews with leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify and manage risks related to system readiness, integration, and scalability.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans for system implementation projects.
