Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB design, layout, or engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or site management role.
• Hands-on experience with PCB design tools such as Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, KiCAD, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of PCB layout designers, ensuring high-quality designs and on-time delivery.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance.
• Supervise PCB layout and design processes to ensure compliance with specifications and IPC guidelines.
• Collaborate with global site leaders to manage PCB layout and production projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress for on-time delivery.
• Provide technical guidance in PCB design, component placement, routing, and layer management.
• Enforce strict quality control and conduct design reviews for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate with project managers, hardware teams, and stakeholders to align requirements.
• Work with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production and identify process improvements.
• Stay updated on PCB design tools, technologies, and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.
