Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for employees in the Philippines and Malaysia. The role drives governance, process improvements, and efficient payroll operations while coordinating with HR, Finance, Tax, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of payroll experience including multi-country management, and holds a CPA/CPP or equivalent certification. Strong Excel and HRIS skills (Dayforce, NetSuite, Oracle) are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of payroll experience, including multi-country payroll management.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• CPA/CPP or equivalent certification is required.
• Experience in Shared Services, BPO, or multinational organizations.
• Expertise in Philippines and Malaysia payroll legislation and compliance.
• Strong vendor management and oversight of outsourced payroll environments.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems Dayforce, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven leadership and people development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Philippines and Malaysia.
• Validate timekeeping, attendance, and data inputs.
• Calculate gross pay, deductions, taxes, and net pay.
• Manage payroll calendars, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer employee benefits, allowances, and reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate final pay and off-cycle payroll processing.
• Maintain secure payroll records and reporting systems.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Implement and improve payroll systems and controls.
• Manage year-end payroll activities and tax reporting.
