Job summary

Coins, Philippines' pioneer crypto brand, is expanding fiat payment offerings by integrating with banks and providers and productizing our payments solution for partners. You will work with Engineering and Design to optimize user journeys and backend order processing, while owning payment metrics and coordinating with stakeholders to scale efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, STEM or business/finance major preferred.
• Relevant experience in Philippines banking, fintech and payments.
• Experience building end-to-end payment rails from frontend flows to settlement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand fiat payment offerings for users in the Philippines and beyond by integrating with payment providers and banks.
• Productize our payments solution (ewallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat) for external partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ideate, build and optimize user and backend payment flows and order processing.
• Own related operational metrics like payment conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for scaling while maintaining efficiency.
• Assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting.
