Job summary

Coins.ph seeks an experienced Payments Operations leader to govern end-to-end PESONet and InstaPay settlements. You will coach a team, manage performance, and drive KPI-based improvements across a fast-growing crypto-fintech environment in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations while expanding rails and new payment features. Strong English and Filipino communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments operations, settlement, or fintech transaction workflows.
• 2+ years leading a team in fiat settlement or payments operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Operations or related field.
• Working knowledge of BSP regulations for PESONet, InstaPay, and e-money rails.
• Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Payments Operations team with regular one-on-ones and OKRs.
• Own end-to-end PESONet and InstaPay processing, reconciliation, and SLA adherence.
• Escalate complex settlement issues with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Define, track, and report team KPIs to senior management.
• Lead operational readiness for new payment features and changes.
• Ensure compliance with BSP regulations and AML/CTF obligations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects within Coins.ph Payments Operations roadmap.
