Job summary

Shore360, a 100% Australian‑owned BP firm in the Philippines, seeks a Senior Paralegal to support an Australian legal practice. You’ll work with lawyers, partners and the Practice Manager handling documents, research, correspondence and day‑to‑day case administration.

The role requires organisation, attention to detail and discretion. Australian experience is advantageous but not essential; offshore support experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law or paralegal studies.
• 4–6+ years of paralegal or legal support experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience supporting senior legal professionals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑level paralegal and administrative support to lawyers and partners.
• Prepare, review, format, and manage legal documents.
• Maintain client and matter files with accuracy.
• Conduct legal and case research as required.
• Prepare correspondence, letters and summaries, and other docs.
• Assist with case preparation and document management.
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
• Assist with lodgement of documents to authorities or organisations.
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers and external parties.
• Ensure confidentiality and organize files per internal procedures.
