Job summary

Robert Bosch Inc. Philippines seeks a seasoned Technical Communication & Relationship Manager to act as the primary liaison between Bosch Reutlingen and Philippine OSAT partners.

You will build deep technical relationships, align on directives, and ensure timely, accurate implementation by suppliers. You will also perform rigorous line audits, apply 8D and MRB processes, manage continuous improvement efforts, and coordinate cross-functional projects with ME/MFX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required with hands-on semiconductor experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Cpk, MSA) is essential.
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical communication between Bosch Reutlingen and Philippine OSAT partners.
• Lead multilevel engagement across subcontractor levels from operators to management.
• Audit lines and implement corrective actions to meet Bosch quality standards.
• Support CIP initiatives and continuous improvement within Bosch and suppliers.
