Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Philippines is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions across quality, cost, and delivery metrics. The role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and improve processes.

You will conduct supplier audits, enforce regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives with both suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years relevant experience in absence of degree.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost and delivery requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, analyze defects and implement corrective action with the supplier.
• Ensure corrective action effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
• Work with cross functional team in resolving quality issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including proactive reporting of hazards.
