Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Outsourced Financial Controller to deliver high-quality financial reporting, financial control, and internal accounting support for Australian client portfolios. The role starts focused internally with a clear pathway to client-facing opportunities.

You will support month-end, cash flow, and budgeting across multi-entity groups, using Xero, advanced Excel, and Power BI, collaborating with Australian and Asian teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in accounting or financial control.
• Strong experience across multi-entity environments.
• Experience with month-end close, audit processes, and statutory reporting.
• Exposure to group structures and consolidated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts across multi-entity client groups.
• Produce structured reporting packs including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow summaries.
• Perform variance analysis and document key movements.
• Manage month-end close across multiple entities and ensure accuracy of GL, accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital.
• Build dashboards in Power BI and maintain data integrity across systems.
