Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. Philippines is seeking a Trainer to lead onboarding and training across multiple program modules. You will deliver domain, charts immersion, and process training, and guide new hires through ramp phases.

The role includes responding to questions, providing ongoing upskilling, and conducting random quality reviews to identify improvement opportunities. You will stay current with policies and guidelines to ensure staff excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• BS degree with relevant work experience.
• Active professional license (PRC) such as RN, RMT, or RPh.
• 5+ years total experience in SDS, ED, OBS, Profee Medical Coding.
• Hold at least 1 role-related certification (CPC, COC).
• At least 1.5 years of training-specific experience.
• Experience with multiple EMR systems: Epic, Cerner, Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new hires across program modules.
• Support ramp phase and identify improvement areas.
• Conduct internal quality reviews to identify education needs.
• Respond to support questions and provide ongoing training and upskilling.
• Keep up with policies and guidelines through ongoing education.
