Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Outpatient (OP) Coding Trainer to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for outpatient coders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on coding experience in ED, SDS, and OBS, and a strong background in training, coaching, and quality improvement. The role requires training delivery, onboarding, ongoing education, and alignment with regulatory and payer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active CPC and COC certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of Outpatient (OP) medical coding experience (ED, SDS, OBS).
• Minimum of 2 years in Coding Trainer/ Educator/ Coach/ L&D role in healthcare or revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs for outpatient coders.
• Train on ED, SDS, and OBS coding including ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS Level II and guidelines.
• Onboard new hires and provide ongoing coder education.
