Job summary

Vena Energy (Philippines) seeks an experienced OT Infrastructure leader to standardize and uplift OT across solar, wind, and BESS sites. You will assess SCADA, networks, and telecom setups, drive cybersecurity controls, and govern OT architectures while coordinating with Site Operations and Corporate IT/Security to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.

The role requires frequent travel (domestic and international) and reports to the GM, Infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Control Systems Engineering or related field.
OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial networking professional training.
Hands-on with site assessments and vendor/ISP management experience.
8–12+ years in OT/SCADA/network engineering and operations.
3–5+ years in a leadership/manager role.

Responsibilities

Assess OT at solar, wind, and BESS sites including SCADA, networks, and telecom.
Benchmark cybersecurity controls against ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82.
Define standard OT reference architectures (segmentation, VPN, DMZ, backups).
Oversee SCADA reliability and data integrity across systems.
Lead remediation and upgrade projects across hardware and security tooling.
Establish OT monitoring, incident response, and remote access governance.
Manage ISPs, telecoms, and OT vendors/integrators/OEMs.
Plan travel and engage with site leadership and O&M teams.
