Job summary

Vena Energy in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Manager, IT (Operational Technology) to lead OT assessment, standardization, and uplift across solar, wind, and BESS sites. You will evaluate SCADA systems, networks, and telecom setups, drive remediation, and align with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST standards.

You will define reference architectures, govern OT change control, manage vendors and ISPs, and collaborate with Site Operations and Corporate IT/Security to ensure safe, reliable plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Control Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
• Professional OT/ICS cybersecurity training and vendor qualifications.
• Master’s degree preferred and relevant OT leadership experience.
• 8–12+ years in OT/SCADA/network engineering and operations.
• 3–5+ years in a leadership/manager role.
• Experience with SCADA/HMI administration and vendor/ISP management.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive OT assessments across solar, wind, and BESS sites.
• Benchmark cybersecurity controls against OT standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST 800-82).
• Define and enforce standard OT reference architectures and change control.
• Oversee SCADA reliability, data integrity, and telemetry improvements.
• Manage OT vendors, ISPs, and OEMs; coordinate multi-site delivery.
• Develop OT monitoring, incident response, and training for site teams.
