Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant based in Manila, Philippines. You will deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, remediation and ongoing support for Australian clients, focusing on Core HCM, Absence Management and Time and Labour (OTL).

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation across Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM, Absence Management and OTL (5+ years).
• Experience configuring absence plans, accruals, time data and approvals.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical configuration and testing scenarios.
• Experience integrating HCM Cloud with payroll platforms and data migration tasks.
• Strong documentation and testing skills; ability to work with Australian clients and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and document business processes and gaps.
• Configure Core HCM, Absence Management and OTL configurations.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and implement remediation.
• Perform unit and system testing and support integration testing.
