Job summary

NRI is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant based in Manila to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, remediation and support for Australian clients. You will focus on Core HCM, Absence Management and OTL, translating business requirements into practical configurations with an adopt, configure and extend approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience across Oracle HCM Cloud Core HCM, Absence Management and OTL.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM cloud projects.
• Experience configuring absence eligibility, plans, accruals and carryover rules.
• Ability to analyse requirements and resolve functional defects across HCM processes.
• Experience preparing functional specs and configuration documentation.
• Understanding of how Core HCM data feeds payroll and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and document business processes, gaps and solutions.
• Configure Core HCM, Absence Management and OTL with workforce structures and time rules.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration workbooks and test scenarios.
• Investigate issues and implement remediation.
• Perform unit and system testing and support UAT.
• Coordinate payroll interfaces, data migration and reporting with technical teams.
