Job summary

ERNI, a Swiss-headquartered software development company with a service center in Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks a Senior Developer to support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Financials across multi-tier environments. You will mentor teammates, design and enhance ERP solutions, and collaborate with business users on complex projects.

You will work in a hybrid setup (office 3x a week) and contribute to high-quality software in MedTech, Industry, Finance and Transportation domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Workflow.
• Experience with Oracle Reporting Tools (XML Publisher, Oracle Reports Builder, HTML Reporting).
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Financials and data migration/integration.
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and share knowledge on ERP applications, especially HRMS across platforms.
• Collaborate with project team members, business analysts, QA and end users to ensure requirements are met.
• Adapt emerging technologies to implement new systems/solutions and reuse existing ones across projects.
• Design, code, and maintain systems based on established standards; write cleancode and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance to other developers and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Support system integration, UAT and bug fixes; develop forms, reports, procedures and scripts.
