Job summary

Maestro BPO OPC is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with deep Oracle ERP Financials expertise to support transformation, ERP implementations, configuration, and finance process initiatives.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, end-to-end project experience, and the ability to collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders across multiple finance processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials
• Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, and Q2C processes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials configuration
• Experience with FBDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Finance solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Financials modules based on business requirements.
• Provide functional expertise across R2R, P2P, and Q2C.
• Support financial reporting, controls, data integrity, and finance operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation teams.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Oracle Finance processes and solutions
