Job summary

HCM Nexus is seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with extensive hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Financials to support enterprise finance operations, implementations, configurations, integrations, and reporting at our BGC onsite location.

You will lead end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations, apply strong knowledge of Q2C, R2R, and P2P, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with technical and business teams on SaaS architecture, security, and customizations.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Oracle ERP Financials experience.
At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementation projects.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Database.
Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Functional Architecture.
Familiarity with Groovy scripting and SaaS customization.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security and Oracle BI Publisher/OTBI.

Responsibilities

Support and implement Oracle ERP Financials solutions across finance processes.
Participate in end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations.
Apply strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations (Q2C, R2R, P2P).
Ensure financial operations, reporting, and data integrity align with business requirements.
Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle database technologies.
