Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS R12 developer to design, build, and optimize customizations across finance, inventory, and order management modules. You will develop PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and workflows to automate business processes and support integrations with external systems.

The role requires deep experience with Oracle EBS modules and strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills, with a hybrid work setup in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of hands‑on experience developing and customizing Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 in an enterprise environment.
• Advanced proficiency in PL/SQL, with strong experience developing packages, procedures, functions, triggers, exception handling, and performance‑optimized queries.
• Proven experience with Oracle Forms and Reports, Concurrent Manager programs, Oracle Workflow, and AME within Oracle EBS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules such as AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets, Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, and/or CRM Foundations, with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial, service, inventory, and order management modules to support critical business applications.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL solutions, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex database logic, following established development standards.
• Build and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, workflows, and concurrent programs to enhance and automate business processes within Oracle EBS.
• Support system integrations by connecting Oracle EBS with external applications through REST APIs, ORDS, Oracle interfaces, and other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform SQL/PL/SQL performance tuning, participate in code reviews and Agile activities, and manage multiple priorities across different teams.
