Job summary

SMEC invites applications for an Operations Manager, Roads & Highways, SEA & Pacific, based in Pasig City, Philippines. You will provide leadership across operational, technical and business development activities to drive performance and value for the SEA & Pacific sub-sector.

You will recruit and develop staff, shape strategic plans, oversee project governance and financial performance, and align resources with SMEC's objectives and sector strategies while upholding safety and quality

Responsibilities

Outline, monitor, evaluate and recommend strategic plan for the sub-sector;
Recruit, develop, lead and manage staff and annual business plans for each function to achieve significant improvement in sector operations;
Ensure the overall sector structure supports delivery of the business plan;
Provide professional opinions, guidance and support to the Leadership team in identifying, preparing and delivering SMEC services in line with SMEC objectives and strategies;
