Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace is seeking a planning/industrial engineering professional to support CTB look-ahead, IOC escalations, and end-item production planning in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, strong ERP (SAP) knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this onsite position at the Batangas area facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate with Bachelor’s/College degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform CTB Look ahead and CTB IOC for supply chain escalations.
• Balance WS and maintain End Item Planning File capacity graph (5 weeks).
• Plan vs input monitoring; respond to MRP for End Item/Sub-assembly.
• Issue and monitor rework work orders; track progress and closures.
• Produce 89-WS reports and update all open WS for escalation.
