Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of warehouse, logistics, inventory, and admin.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and assembly of furniture items.
• Lead, train, and motivate operations staff to meet performance standards.
• Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with sales team to support customer requirements.
• Address operational issues and resolve customer concerns promptly.
