Job summary

CNX is seeking an Operations Manager II to coach and supervise a team of operations managers and team leaders. You will build and maintain client relationships while meeting service level agreements and financial targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and continuous process improvement across programs in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred with 10+ years of experience and 2–4 years in progressive management.
• Ability to coach, develop action plans, maximize performance, and provide feedback.
• Strong communication skills, able to present to internal/external associates.
• Ability to analyze and improve processes and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue growth and profitability across programs, including margins and retention.
• Provide leadership and guidance; implement corrective actions to meet performance.
• Oversee client relationships and ensure satisfaction and SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and partner to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and staff performance.
