Job summary

CLEVR OPC is seeking an ambitious Operations Head based in Makati with a strong background in advertising or experiential marketing. The role oversees operational efficiency, budgets, and cross‑team coordination to ensure campaigns run smoothly from planning through on-ground execution.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in operations management, excellent leadership, and hands-on experience with event delivery and client servicing. The position is hybrid, based in Makati, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in an advertising, events, or experiential marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end project execution including budgets, supplier negotiations, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Leadership to translate agency goals into actionable operational strategies; oversee project management from inception to completion within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Serve as the final approving authority for project Cost Estimates and client decks; manage project budgets, track expenses, and safeguard profit margins throughout execution.
• Oversee supplier sourcing, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and quality control on renders, prototypes, and actual builds.
• Provide senior-level, on-ground presence during critical event ingress/egress phases; manage live operational adjustments and client servicing during high-stakes moments.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and key suppliers; step in to resolve escalated concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative, finance, and HR functions including performance management, recruitment support, policy implementation, and workforce monitoring.
