Job summary

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to review complex compliance structures.
• Experience driving quality control, standardization, and accountability.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

What You Will Do

• You'll review and validate AML/KYC deliverables, including complex KYC files and client structures.
• You'll assess risk ratings, challenge risk assessment decisions, and verify escalation outcomes.
• You'll ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing CDD/EDD, FATCA/CRS documentation, classifications, and reporting requirements.
• You'll oversee periodic reviews, assessments, deadlines, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
• You'll document review findings, verify compliance conclusions, and perform other duties aligned with business needs.

Qualifications
