Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Senior Analyst, Contract Management (PG24) to drive precise execution of quick-turn contract requests, including pricing letters and contract copies. The role partners with Legal, Offer Development, Field Selling Organization and other stakeholders to ensure accurate contract authoring and maintenance.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years’ business experience, 1+ year in contracting or pricing within a regulated industry, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Business, Finance, Sales or Marketing preferred.
Minimum 2 years of overall business experience required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Contracting, Quoting, Pricing or related in a regulated industry preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills is a must.
Ability to self-manage in a complex/time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

Manage contracting item requests, ensure completeness and accuracy of price loads and contracts.
Coordinate with Field Selling Organization, Deal Desk and US Contract Management partners as needed.
Draft quick-turn documents using approved templates and clause documents.
Load contract and pricing data into ICs system and audit for accuracy.
Support internal and external audit requests and maintain documentation.
