Job summary

DePuy Synthes Global Services in Manila is seeking an Offer Development Capital Senior Analyst (PG24) to support the Commercial Services process functions. You will work within GS Manila to deliver contract development and customer analytics, coordinating with field teams to support updates and negotiations.

The role requires at least a university degree in Finance or related field and a minimum of two years in finance, pricing, order-to-cash or contract management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Business, Pricing, Order-to-Cash, Contract Management or related fields.
• Execute plans with attention to detail.
• Operate with discipline and sense of urgency.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Strong in Finance, Business, Pricing, Order-to-Cash, Contract Management.
• Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines within DePuy Synthes regulations.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Perform day-to-day operations of Offer Development capital team.
• Act as single point of contact for developing contracts, customer analytics and CPC governance.
• Ensure timeliness, completeness, accuracy and validity of information.
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
• Resolve complex or critical process issues.
• Handle risks through mitigation.
