DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an A2R Analyst located in Manila, Philippines. The role is part of the Global Services Finance team in the GS Finance Accounting process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best‑in‑class, cost‑effective financial services and compliance – in a J&J way – to our Operating Companies around the world. The GSF accounting team is responsible for the complete and accurate accounting of all transactions, including the creation of Sales and Purchase orders, reconciling balances, monitoring ageing, and performing balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow the guidelines in the J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence.
• Execute accounting and daily operations for the GSF Accounting process area for simple and medium complex MRCs.
• Close and execute financial periods in accordance with the closing calendar and SLA commitments, observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within the process/entity scope.
• Be fully knowledgeable of Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.
• Focus on balance‑sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members/BPO partners.
• Support auditors and legal authorities with required activities.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure strong internal controls to achieve adequate audit ratings.

Talent Management & Innovation

• Attract, onboard and train new team members.
• Act as a Trusted Business Partner and execute global strategy & solutions in line with taxonomy.
• Support Process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operational Key Contacts (OKCs) to ensure cross‑sector, cross‑region and cross‑process alignment, documenting consistently with a global approach.
• Generate and implement ideas for continuous improvement, pursuing process‑efficiency opportunities in line with global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s level degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Basic skill in using standard Microsoft tools including MS Teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Remarkable academic track record and/or achievement.
• Top 10% of their school batch.
• Open to new ideas and can develop effective ways of working.
• Record of active participation in extracurricular activities.
• Leadership experience in organizations or clubs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Full‑time work experience.
• Experience doing summer jobs or part‑time jobs.

Other Requirements

• Up to 10‑20% international travel.
• Flexible shift availability to align with global or regional responsibilities (Americas / EMEA / Asia).
• Fluent in English; other language skills desirable.
