Job summary

allshoretalent is seeking a Senior NICE Platform Engineer to join a global client team. This remote, full-time position requires deep expertise in NICE CXone, NICE inContact, and NICE Engage, with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations.

You will design, configure, and optimize IVR, ACD, and omnichannel flows while integrating with CRM/ticketing systems. Strong stakeholder communication is essential for Fortune 100 client engagements.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience with NICE CXone, NICE inContact, or NICE Engage.
Proven experience architecting and leading enterprise-scale NICE platform implementations.
Strong skills in IVR/ACD design, CXone Studio, and omnichannel contact flow development.
Experience integrating NICE with CRM/ticketing systems via APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

Architect, configure, and maintain NICE platforms at an enterprise scale.
Lead end-to-end platform implementations, migrations, and major upgrades.
Design and optimize IVR flows, call routing, ACD configurations, and omnichannel flows.
Integrate NICE with CRM/ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics).
Serve as a senior technical contact for US Fortune 100 client stakeholders.
Drive platform governance, security configurations, and access management.
Mentor junior engineers and platform administrators.
Translate complex requirements into scalable platform solutions.
