Job summary

eClerx is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to maintain and upgrade enterprise network systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure robust security. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, monitoring, and collaboration with IT teams.

Candidate should have 2–3 years in mixed LAN/WAN environments, Cisco proficiency, ITIL knowledge, and strong communication skills. On-site work is required at Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa, with SLA-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Network Security, and NMS.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco products & solutions.
• Complete understanding and working experience in ITIL and an information security-compliant environment.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in installing/supporting/designing mixed LAN/WAN environments, switches, routers, firewalls, and related devices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Call Center / BPO / SI / Provider work experience is highly preferred.
• On-site work eligibility at Northgate Alabang, Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade network systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot network problems and implement effective resolutions.
• Ensure network security and policy compliance across the enterprise.
• Recommend hardware and software to improve network performance.
• Monitor SLAs and report on network performance and incidents.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve technology issues and incident RCAs.
• Provide regular updates to the team, management, and client.
• Liaise with EUSG team as escalation point.
