Job summary

Sun Life is seeking an Enterprise Network Operations professional to maintain global network services and support for the digital enterprise. You will work with engineering teams and vendors to ensure high availability, performance, and secure connectivity across local and cloud environments.

The role requires 5–8 years of network experience, ITIL proficiency, and relevant vendor certifications. You will participate in a 24x5 operations model, develop documentation, and contribute to strategy

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in supporting enterprise network environments (Firewall/Load Balancer).
• Experience with cloud networking technologies and services.
• Strong ITIL process and service management knowledge.
• Vendor certifications (CCSA, CCSE, AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to ensure network services are available, secure, and performant.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and degradations.
• Participate in 24x5 operations for Incident Management and Major Incident Management.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders for reliable service delivery.
• Contribute to network strategy, roadmaps, and capacity planning.
