Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking an experienced network operations professional to support its global enterprise network. The role focuses on maintaining secure, available, and high-performing services across local and cloud environments.

You will work with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable operations and effective service delivery. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in enterprise networks, strong troubleshooting skills, and vendor management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with enterprise Firewall, Load Balancer, Data Center, and Cloud networking environments.
5–8 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support to ensure network services remain available, secure, and performant.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and degradations affecting operations.
Participate in a 24x5 operational environment including incident management and major incident management.
Perform fault isolation, remediation, capacity planning, and reporting.
Support solution implementation and transition activities with documentation and knowledge transfer.
Contribute to network strategy, assessments, and roadmap planning.
