Job summary

New Era Technology PH is seeking a Network Engineer to support and manage multiple customer networks across diverse environments. You will deploy, configure, and maintain WAN and edge connectivity with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Meraki, and Cradlepoint NetCloud.

In a fast-paced, customer-facing setting, you will provide remote guidance to field technicians during installations, cutovers, and troubleshooting, while ensuring SLAs and security requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of hands-on data networking experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN (vManage, policy control, routing).
• Experience with Cisco Meraki MX, MS, MR platforms.
• Experience with Cradlepoint NetCloud ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, TCP/IP, VPNs, and network security fundamentals.
• Experience supporting distributed environments and remote site connectivity.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Meraki CMNA/CMNO are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN solutions (vManage, vEdge/cEdge).
• Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki environments across MX, MS, MR platforms.
• Implement and support Cradlepoint routers using NetCloud Manager.
• Integrate LTE/5G and satellite connectivity into enterprise network designs.
• Provide real-time remote support to field technicians during installations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and customer-specific standards.
