Job summary

Rise is seeking a Senior Network Engineer in Cebu City, Philippines with at least five years of directly related experience and a strong background in IP networking, BGP, and MPLS. The role involves development of procedures, operational design, and expert guidance on routing issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Advanced understanding of IP networking concepts (roughly equivalent to JNCIP).
• Strong proficiency with BGP routing and MPLS-based networks.
• Experience with large, carrier-grade IP networks.
• Familiarity with network management tools and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform NE I to II level duties as required.
• Provide expert guidance on BGP routing and network design.
• Review change MOPs for technical approval and escalation as needed.
• Manage complex, deadline-driven project work with Design team guidance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance; generate reports.
