Job summary

EviSmart is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and ship features end-to-end on a live platform used by 2,000+ dental labs across multiple countries. You will own sprint delivery, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality, tested code in a fast-paced backlog.

The role is on-site in Taguig/Manila, Philippines, with a path to leadership as the platform scales and AI teams expand. You’ll collaborate across product, operations, and engineering to deliver impact daily.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience in C#/.NET and React/JavaScript.
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
• Strong emphasis on automated testing and quality gates.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features end-to-end in sprints with self-tested, production-ready code.
• Write and run unit and integration tests for acceptance criteria.
• Maintain coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Assemble complete deployment packages including notes and evidence.
• Ensure architectural integrity and surface conflicts early.
