Job summary

TSG Outsourcing in Cebu City, Philippines, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Healthcare Software Engineer (Work From Home) to build the production software infrastructure behind an AI-powered healthcare platform, translating complex healthcare workflows into reliable software.

You will design and develop scalable healthcare SaaS applications, secure backend APIs, databases, and frontend apps, and integrate with EHR/EMR systems such as WellSky/Kinnser, FHIR, HL7, and HIPAA-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend/API development experience.
• Strong SQL/database experience, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React/Next.js.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and production deployments.
• Experience building secure, scalable SaaS applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable healthcare SaaS applications.
• Build secure backend APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
• Integrate with EHR/EMR and healthcare platforms.
• Develop integrations with WellSky/Kinnser and other healthcare systems.
• Work with healthcare data and interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, and REST APIs.
• Build the application infrastructure that allows AI agents to interact with healthcare workflows.
• Develop authentication, authorization, audit trails, and HIPAA-conscious security architecture.
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work closely with the AI/ML engineering team to productionize AI capabilities.
• Establish strong engineering practices, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation.
